Bal Bharati Public School celebrated its Annual Function, named “JHANKAAR” with grandeur and enthusiasm on the evening of January 9, 2024. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Harsh Nath Chakraborty, HOP NTPC Darlipali, along with other dignitaries, including Ms. Madhumita Chakraborty, President of Abhilasha Ladies Club, Mr. Chandrashekhar (HOP – Dulanga), Mr. & Ms. T K Bhageshwar (GM – TS), Mr. Subhash Thakhur (GM – Maintenance), Mr. & Ms. Hare Ram Singh (GM – Operation), Mr. & Ms. Vishal Mathur (GM Project), Mr. Brij Raj Prasoon (GM), and Ms. Pratibha Singh (HO HR). The programme commenced with a Ganesh Stuti Invocation Dance, setting a spiritual and harmonious tone for the evening. Following this, the audience was treated to a vibrant performance of the Pre-School student’s shining superstars Dance, showcasing the cultural diversity and talent of the students. The Pre-primary student’s Party Grooves dance brought an energetic and lively atmosphere, captivating everyone present. The Principal’s Report provided insights into the school’s achievements, milestones, and future plans. This was followed by a heartwarming dance titled “United we stand “emphasising unity in diversity and fostering a sense of togetherness. An Indigenous Game segment named “ Yadoon ka Idiot Box” added an interactive and traditional touch to the event, engaging both students and guests. In line with the school’s commitment to environmental awareness, the theme “Greenbeat fusion” was explored through a creative performance, encouraging sustainable practices. “Dharti Ki Vyatha” brought attention to environmental challenges, urging everyone to contribute to the preservation of our planet. The cultural extravaganza continued with a mesmerising “Dhunuchi Dance” and a powerful “Kahani ek fouzi ki”, honouring the rich heritage of India and paying tribute to the armed forces. The Prize Distribution ceremony recognised and applauded the exceptional achievements of students across various disciplines. The Chief Guest, Mr. Harsh Nath Chakraborty, delivered an inspiring address, commending the school’s efforts in nurturing holistic development. The evening continued with a lively “Bhangra Dance” and a colourful Rajasthani Dance named “Kalbelia”, showcasing the diversity of India. The Vote of Thanks expressed gratitude to all participants and organisers for their dedicated efforts in making the event a success. The programme concluded with a Curtain Call, leaving the audience with memories of a spectacular evening filled with talent, culture, and celebration.
