Session 2024-25
A mass orientation program for classes I to X was conducted on April 5th. During the program, the Principal, Ms. Neerja Tiwari, presented a comprehensive Annual Academic Plan for the session 2024-25. The presentation covered various aspects of the school's ethos, infrastructure, facilities, safety, and new initiatives.
On 11th July 2024, Bal Bharati Public School, NTPC Darlipali organized an Orientation Programme for the parents of Pre-Primary department. It was an opportunity for the parents to know about the activities of the school and to create a bond with the teachers as the school is home away from home for their children. The programme commenced with a warm welcome of parents and staff. Following this, a power point presentation enlightened the parents about the objectives of the school. It covered various aspects of the school’s ethos, staff details, leave policy, school activities. Parents were briefed about the rules and regulations of school and some points on health and hygiene were also highlighted. The programme concluded with an interactive session between the parents and the teachers and parents were provided an orientation kit. Overall the programme served as a valuable platform for fostering collaboration and understanding between the school community.
Session 2023-24
In the beginning of every session, a Parent-Teacher Orientation programme is held to brief the parents about the system of the School especially for Pre-School, Class-I & Class-VII.
Parents are incited to attend the same to know more about he functioning of the School viz. Assessment/Examination structure, timings, teachers, promotion policy, text books, time-table, role & responsibilities of students & parents and so on.
