The “Storyteller” event, which was orchestrated on Monday, August 7th, 2023, was an exceptional initiative aimed at nurturing creativity and enhancing public speaking abilities among first, second, and third-grade students. The event aimed to provide an interactive platform for participants to explore the art of storytelling, fostering teamwork, effective communication, and collaborative learning. Students were organised into teams, consisting of three to five members each, to encourage cooperation, idea sharing, and innovative thinking. By working in teams, students had the chance to leverage each other’s strengths, resulting in a comprehensive learning experience. The event’s core focus lay in crafting captivating narratives based on a sequence of images. Each team received a series of images displayed in a specific order, acting as the foundation for their stories. Participants were encouraged to unleash their imagination, connecting the images seamlessly and weaving imaginative narratives. The “Storyteller” event sought to empower young minds and equip them with essential skills that would benefit their personal and academic development.
