The SOF International Social Studies Olympiad is a single-level exam.

1. Annual Day Practice is scheduled for Sunday, 7th Jan 2024, at Konark Auditorium from 3.45 to 6 pm. Costume distribution will be done thereafter from 6.00 to 6.30 pm at school.
2. Dress Rehearsal is scheduled for 8th Jan 2024,at Konark Auditorium from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. Students should bring their costumes; no makeup is required.
3. Final Stage Rehearsal will take place on 9th at the auditorium from 7.45-10.00 am.
3. Regular classes will be suspended on 8th, 9th & 10th Jan.
4. Reporting time on 9th for the Annual Day Celebration is 5.00 pm. Students should come dressed in costume with makeup as instructed by the teacher
5. Tiffin boxes and water bottles are to be brought on all the days including the final day
6. Return the costume (properly packed) on 10th Jan at 8.30 am at school.

Schooling and the process of providing education has changed a lot in the last two years due to the Covid pandemic. The online mode of education has disrupted the much needed discipline of a normal school. In order to break the monotony and passive approach of online schooling and to enthuse the spirit of an active school even through virtual teaching /learning, it is important for all children to continue with the feel of being attached & attracted to the School. Additionally, they should develop the sense of identity & belonging through adherence to the code of conduct.
Considering the paramount importance of sense of attachment and ‘being associated ‘,
the students in online classes should not be deprived / detached of any routine of the School. Thus, w.e.f Monday, 28th February 2022, as offline classes will resume in full swing of preparations and excitement, online students will also attend classes in proper School uniform to get back to normal & at par with other students.

- Students to send their creations to the concerned coordinators’ email id only.
- Students to send creations/work piece as per the no. of limit & word limit.
- Late entry is not accepted/encouraged.
- Coordinators can be contacted through mails (During school hours) in case of any doubt.
- Photos to be of High resolution (2 photos) and Write Ups to be in typed word format.
- Students can add some selected photos with their articles (clear & self-explanatory) to justify it.
- Students to send entries according to the level of classes mentioned in the circular.
