Rakhi is the thread that binds two soul in a beautiful bond of trust ,love and responsibility. It is the bond of Brotherhood and sisterhood wrapped into a single thread. A Special Assembly on the of Raksha Bandhan was held on Monday, 28th August 2023. The programme commenced with a beautiful song symbolising the sacred bond between Brother & Sister. Poems were recited by students of Pre-school and class-VI. A speech was delivered by students stating the mythological background and importance of the occasion and the same was depicted through a short enactment “The Rakhi Connection“ by the students of class IV. The event was celebrated with full enthusiasm and zeal.All the students of Pre-School and Pre-primary tied handmade Rakhi made by themselves to their classmates, friends and sibling to show their unconditional love for each other. They learnt about the importance of this precious thread that connects our Indian culture and mythology. Students showcased their creativity by making Rakhi.
